Grupo Capoeira Brasil Curacao provides 1 class per week Kids & teens & adults. These classes are structured to develop the growth of every Capoerista regardless of their levels.

A basic class structure is as followed:
– Warm-up & Stretching;
– Basics techniques (that are part of the monthly training theme);
– Two by two training
– Roda(Monday & Saturday) / Music practice (Thursday);
– Announcements & Comments;
– End of Class.
